    The breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from and the pool was a nice place to relax after a long day of work. the hotel's proximity to the business area and restaurants was extremely convenient.

    The security guard was also unwelcoming and made parking a hassle. while the location and amenities were positive, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired.

    I had a luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the swimming pool was exceptional, with crystal-clear water and a beautiful outdoor setting. the staff provided exceptional service, with attentive assistance that went above and beyond my expectations. the garden area was perfect for relaxing, with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease.

    the spa & wellness centre wasn't up to my expectations, with a mediocre massage experience that fell short on pressure and technique.

    The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms equipped with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. the buffet breakfast was amazing, and the staff's exceptional service was beyond impressive. the swimming pool was wonderful and usually not crowded, and the location was convenient and in close proximity to several attractions.

    The massage and spa services were disappointing. the female therapist lacked expertise and did not apply any pressure during the massage, making it uncomfortable.

    The breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool was great for a dip. the clean and spacious rooms came with all the amenities we needed. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

    The massage and spa services were not up to par and the noise from the nearby karaoke room was frustrating. the reception staff seemed a bit unprofessional and disorganized during check-in.

    I had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel has wonderful facilities and nice staff. The swimming pool was amazing and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location was good and the hotel offered transportation services. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

    Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

    The staff, especially Dong, went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They even helped us book a traditional Vietnamese restaurant and made sure our meal was perfect. Thank you, Dong! It was a wonderful family stay in a unique location in Bac Ninh.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.
